Service

orim.io provides APIs for converting HTML to PDF and capturing screenshots. The service is provided "as is" without warranty.

Best effort uptime

We strive to maintain high availability but don't offer formal SLA guarantees. For mission-critical applications requiring guaranteed uptime, consider enterprise solutions.

Fair use

• Don't abuse rate limits or attempt to bypass them
• Don't use the service for illegal content
• Don't attempt to exploit the service (SSRF, injection, etc.)

Your content

You own your HTML and generated files. We process them but never store or claim rights to them. You're responsible for the content you generate.

Billing & Refunds

• Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe
• You can cancel anytime — access continues until the end of your billing period
• Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact us within 7 days of purchase if unsatisfied
• No refunds for partially used billing periods

Liability

We're not liable for damages from service interruption, data loss, or generated content. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid in the last month.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use means acceptance. Major changes will be communicated via email.
